Winter Cabin Scene Snow Globe
As an advent gift to the readers of my blog, I will be posting Christmas decorations every day for the next 25 days. I hope these Christmas decorations will brighten your day and bring joy to your home.Today's decoration is a winter cabin scene snow globe. This design folds flat and can fit into an A7 envelope. Please note, the receiver of this snow globe will have to insert the tab into the slot in the hexagonal base.
Here is the PDF file. I use 65 lb. white cardstock and glitter cardstock from Walmart. I triple cut the snowflakes from the glitter cardstock.
Here is the .Studio file.
Here is the SVG.
The directions to make the slice form sphere is at the end of this blog posting. https://papercraftetc.blogspot.com/2020/10/a-stem-project-how-to-make-slice-form.html
The directions to make the hexagonal base are in this blog posting.
This slice form snow globe can fit into an A7 envelope.
It fits nicely inside the A7 envelope.
It will not fit into the A7 envelope if the snow globe is glued onto the hexagonal base.
This winter cabin snow globe reminds me of a snowy day in the mountains.
